Seating up to fifty delegates, Mount Ceder has the perfect venue for small weddings, private functions and conferences. The eleven luxury cottages, with 16 bedrooms (in total), provide accommodation to suit small working groups, whilst the Old Millhouse serves delicious home cooked meals for hungry delegates.

Conference facilities include flip-charts, white boards, TV, DVD and VCR.




With hiking, canoeing, bird watching, swimming and rock paintings on the property, 4x4 routes and horse riding in the near vicinity, there is ample opportunity for relaxing or winding down after a long conference.

Conference rates start from R395.00 per person, fully inclusive of accomodation and vary depending on which cottages are used as the accommodation options. Each enquiry is quoted for separately, depending on what is required. Give us a call to discuss your conference, function or team building needs.

  • Boardroom style, with tables and chairs
  • Cinema style – chairs in rows
  • U shaped – with tables in-front of all chairs
  • Teas and refreshments are served on the veranda outside the meeting room on sunny days, and at the back of the venue if the weather doesn't allow us outside
